Irene Collins-Oputa is a seasoned professional with sound understanding of strategic operating dynamics necessary for building a sustainable and growing business. She has over 17 years of experience in the financial sector, proven expertise in financial reporting, funds and investment management, budgeting, credit analysis, risk management and regulatory compliance.

Her passion centres on dedication to driving financial integrity and operational efficiency alongside effective communication, analytical, Interpersonal and leadership skills.  At CFS Finance Company Limited, she previously held the positions of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant General Manager, Operations. In the year 2023, she was appointed the Chief Executive Officer and later in 2026 confirmed as the Managing Director of the Company.

Irene holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Accounting and an Executive Master in Business Administration from Lagos Business School. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, Mrs. Olufolake Owojori-Olaiya joined CFS on March 4, 2024, bringing a wealth of expertise to her role. Her career journey began as an Executive Officer at Equity Life Insurance Company, progressing to Head of Reporting Accountant at Cornerstone Insurance Company, where she consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and drove financial excellence.

Throughout her career, she has enhanced her skills and knowledge through numerous trainings, enabling her to make significant contributions. Her qualifications include: BSc in Demography & Social Statistics, MIPR (MSc in Industrial and Personnel Relations), FCA (Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants) and ACIT (Associate, Chartered Institute of Taxation)

As Head of Finance & Admin at CFS, Mrs. Olufolake Owojori-Olaiya is committed to leveraging her expertise to drive financial integrity, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Niyi currently oversees the Internal Control and Compliance unit of CFS Finance Company Limited. He joined CFS in 2015. A qualified accountant with major experience in the Insurance, Hospitality and Financial sector, He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Ondo State Polytechnic and has over 17 years post qualification work experience in Nigeria and outside the country. He was a financial Controller in Equity Int’l Hotel Ijebu Ode and also worked in the capacity of Financial Controller Equity Insurance Limited in Liberia.

Michael Oluwasegun Omote Joined CFS Finance Company Ltd in 2015. His experience in the financial sector spans across Audit and Compliance, Risk and Asset Management and Recovery.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from University of Lagos and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Alade Olufemi is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Lagos State Polytechnic, Lagos and a certified microfinance Practitioner (Chartered Institute of Banker of Nigeria). He has   attended different trainings and seminars on Credit and Risk Management and has over fifteen (15) years working experience in credit management.

Alade Olufemi worked with GTI Microfinance Bank Limited from 2008 before joining CFS Finance Company in 2018 and was made the Head of Credit operations in the year 2023.
