Attended Methodist Comprehensive High School, Aaye Ekiti, 1978-1982 and Oyo State College of Arts and Science, Ile-Ife between 1983 – 1986. He got his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) 2nd Class Upper at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1990 where he won prizes for best performance in Company Law, Law of Insurance, Irvin & Bonnar and University Scholarship.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 when he won the prize for best performance in Criminal law and procedure at the Nigerian Law School. Mr. Ajayi got his award of Master of Laws (LL. M) Degree from the University of Lagos in 1997. In the year 2003, Mr. Ajayi, having passed all the qualifying papers, became qualified and was registered as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

He had his pupillage with the law firms of Okechukwu, Oragwu-Bello & Co. in 1991 1992 and S A Onadele & Co. between 1992-1994. He founded S. O. Ajayi & Co. a firm of Barristers and Solicitors, which he has been practicing under since 1994 with special bias for corporate law, commercial and real estate matters. He has served and is still serving on the board of many top companies of diverse interests, either as the Company Secretary or as a Director.

These include oil and gas services companies, aviation companies, a top financial institution, insurance companies, logistics and media companies among many others. He enjoys travelling and sports. He is  married  with children.

Fisayo Femi-Oni studied Accountancy and graduated from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba- Lagos. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

She did her National Youth Service Corps with Leadway Assurance Company Limited, a leading Insurance company in Nigeria today. She got employed immediately after the service in 1987, held various posts and retired as a Financial Controller in 2012.

A well accomplished and highly experienced Accountant and Entrepreneur, she is currently the Managing Director of Yetkol Nigeria Limited and also a Board member of Fountain Hospital and Maternity. She is known for her open- minded approach, trust- building, tenacity, diligence, and credibility.

She is a member of Wesley Methodist Church Kaduna, held many posts in the Church and remains the Auditor till date. She is married and blessed with children.

She is a member of the Board of CFS Finance Company Limited.

Mr. Ogunniranye graduated from the University of Ibadan with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography. He also holds Masters in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School EDS’ Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management Programme.

Mr. Ogunniranye is a seasoned Insurance Broker, Underwriter, Marketer and Manager with proven experience. He started his career in insurance with Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1991, and has over 25 years of experience in insurance underwriting, broking, claims management, risk management, marketing and insurance consultancy.

He worked briefly with Equity Indemnity Insurance Company Limited (now Equity Assurance Plc) between 1993 and 1994 before joining Scib Nigeria & Company Limited, an insurance brokerage firm in 1994. In May, 2009, he joined Great Nigeria Insurance Plc as Deputy General Manager (Operations) and was appointed the Acting Managing Director/CEO in October, 2009. He joined Nigerian Life & Provident Company Limited in 2011 as General Manager (Operations). He is currently, Managing Director/CEO KFI Insurance Brokers Limited.

Mr. Ogunniranye is a Specialty Energy and Property Insurance Practitioner.

A well resourceful professional, Mr. Ogunniranye joined the Board of CFS Finance Company Limited in 2023.

Mr. Olarewaju Rotimi William is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 45years of working experience in both public and private sectors of the economy.

He is a graduate of Executive Management Accountancy from University of Lagos.

He obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Calabar after obtaining his Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the same university.

He is a fellowship member of Institute of the Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and also award winner of the same Institute.

He is also a Fellow of Corporate Administration of Nigeria and an associate member of Nigeria Institute of Management

He started his working career with the then Federal Livestock Department under Federal ministry of Agriculture in 1980 before moving to join the services of NICON Insurance Corporation in 1992.

He left the corporation in 2006 as the Head of Life Accounts. He later joins the services of Kuramo Industries Nigeria Limited as the Group Accountant of the company where He manages the accounts of thirty three companies.

He worked briefly as a senior partner in A A RAHEEM & CO. A firm of Chartered accountants before becoming the Managing Partner of OLAREWAJU ROTIMI WILLIAM & CO. (Chartered Accountants)

Mrs. Olayemi Eunice Ajisefinni is a Chartered Personnel, Training and Development expert with over 13 years of post professional experience in Personnel management. She is also a member of Chartered Institute Insurance of Nigeria. She earned her Higher National Diploma in Secretariat Administration from the Polytechnic Ibadan, in 1997.

She joined Polak Group of Companies in 2009 and currently the Executive Director Operations with interest in Investment, Insurance, Hospitality, Healthcare and Property business.

She brought her wealth of experience gained over the years to the growth of the Group. Prior to her employment in Polak Group, She worked at Equity Assurance Plc (now Sunu Assurance Plc) as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer from 2006-2009.
