Bunmi qualified as a Chartered Accountant in December, 1972. He joined Coopers & Lybrand London in April, 1974, transferred to the Nigerian office in 1975 and was admitted as a partner in 1982. For several years he was the partner in charge of several multinational clients particularly of the Financial Services sector. Since retiring from PricewaterhouseCoopers in April, 2001, he has continued to make appreciable contribution to the profession particularly on Information Technology Solutions, Investigations and Arbitration.
He was a Council member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), a past Chairman of the Professional Practice Section of ICAN, a member of the Taxation of Nigeria. He also holds the MBA degree of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He was the ICAN Registrar for five (5) years before he retired and currently on the Boards of several organizations.

A Geophysicist by training, with extensive experience in seismic operations and geo-science marketing. Goke a brilliant and resourceful manager started his career in 1989 with United Geophysical Company. He later joined Allied Energy Resources Limited in 1995 as Coordinating Geophysicist of the Allied/Stat oil/B.P joint venture project.
He joined Schlumberger – International Oil Services Company in 1996 as Business Development Manager. Goke holds an MBA degree of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He was the Managing Director of Western Geco for some years before resigning to pursue his personal business. He is currently on the Board of several Companies.
Fisayo Femi- Oni is a Chartered Accountant, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. She graduated from Yaba College of Technology, and holds a Master degree in business administration from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
She commenced her carrier with Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1987 where she held various posts. She retired as a Financial Controller in 2012.
A well accomplished and highly experienced Accountant and Entrepreneur, she is currently the Managing Director of Yetkol Nigeria Limited and also a Board member of Fountain Hospital and Maternity.
Mr. Olugbolaga Ajayi was born on Sunday, the 24th day of October 1965 to
late Chief Theophilus Adegbemile Ajayi (a first republican Federal
Parliamentarian) and Mrs. Beatrice Bolanle Ajayi (a retired Chief Nursing
Officer in Ekiti State). He attended Methodist Comprehensive High School, Aaye
Ekiti between 1977 -1982 and Oyo State College of Arts and Science, Ile-Ife
between 1983 – 1986.
He is a 1990 Bachelor of Laws graduate (LL.B. Hons) of Obafemi Awolowo University,
Ile-Ife where he bagged four (4) coveted prizes in Company Law, Law of
Insurance, Irvin & Bonnar and University Scholarship for set’s best overall
performance. Mr. Olugbolaga Ajayi was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 when
he won the prize for best performance in one of the key subjects at the
Nigerian Law School – Criminal law and procedure. Mr. Ajayi got his award of
Master of Laws (LL. M) Degree from the University of Lagos in 1996.
In the year 2003, Mr. Ajayi, having passed all the qualifying papers, became
qualified and was registered as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and
Wales. Mr. Gbolaga Ajayi had his pupillage with the law firm of S A Onadele
& Co. between 1992-1997 during which he was motivated by his principal, Mr.
Femi Onadele to register and operate his own law firm. Thus, he founded S. O.
Ajayi & Co. a firm of Barristers and Solicitors, which he registered and has
been operating since 1994.

many others. Since, March 2003, Mr. Gbolaga Ajayi has been
appointed the Registrar of the Diocese of Ekiti West, (Church of Nigeria)
Anglican Communion and thereby becoming a member of the Provincial General
Synod and the Standing Committee of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion).
He is also a member of the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, Lagos, the pioneer
Anglican Cathedral in Nigeria, where he was a member of the Standing Committee
for several years and the Church’s People’s Warden since February 2015 till
February 2021. He is the Vice President of Ayegunle Ekiti Progressive Union
(APU). He is also the Vice President of Boys Brigade of Nigeria, Lagos State
Mr. Ajayi is an author of many published and unpublished articles on various law
topics. He enjoys travelling and sports. He is married with children.
Mrs. Bukola Ogunniranye graduated from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance. She also holds a Nigerian Certificate in Education in Accounting from Federal College of Education, Abeokuta. She is both an Associate and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Bukola is a seasoned Accountant, Auditor and Manager with proven experience. She started her audit and accounting career in 1996 as Audit Trainee with J. O. Oyinlola firm of Chartered Accountants and has over 20 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, and financial services.
She worked briefly with Duncan Maritime Ventures as an Accounts Officer before joining Equity Indemnity Insurance Company Limited (now Equity Assurance Plc) in 1998 as Accounts Executive and left in 2011 as Senior Manager (Accounts).
A thorough professional, Bukola has attended various audit, accounting and management training courses.
Bukola joined CFS Financial Services Limited in September 2011 as Head, Internal Control.
