Prince Sam Turoti
Prince Samuel Turoti is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He earned his first degree in Accountancy from the University of Lagos (1987), and was admitted a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2005. In the past 2 decades, Samuel has gathered a wide range of assurance, audit, forensics, tax, consulting and financial expertise at senior management and board level positions, and across diverse industries ranging from Professional Services, Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing and Multinationals Companies. He was at various times an Audit Senior and Manager with the firms of Olawale Coker and Co (Chartered Accountants) and Akintola Williams Deloitte. He was also at different times, head of audit, forensic investigations, finance, investments and accounting with SGS Inspections Services Nigeria Limited (A Multinational), Churchgate Industries (Nigeria) Limited and Cashlink Finance and Investments, and General Manager, Finance and Administration of Equity Assurance Plc and he joined Polak Group in 2010 as Group Managing Director/ CEO. He is the Chairman of both the Property & Pecuniary Insurance Brokers Limited and Imperial Asset Managers Limited, and a Director of CFS Financial Services Limited. While serving in these various positions, Samuel brought to bear in-depth technical knowledge and rigorous application of National and International financial reporting principles to the resolution of client issues, leading to the setting of industry standards. In one such instance, Samuel was a senior member of the team in Olawale Coker and Co, responsible for developing the financial reporting and disclosure framework for the insurance business in Nigeria, long before a standard was set by the local accounting standards setting body (Nigerian Accounting Standards Board). This framework which is consistent with International Reporting Standards (IAS 30), continues to be the industry standard in Nigeria. Samuel has continued his interest in developing and applying technical rigor in resolving financial reporting issues as demonstrated by his current involvement in the arrears of forensic investigations and auditing as well as regulatory and reporting compliance framework for the financial services / insurance industry in Nigeria.
Fisayo Femi-Oni (Mrs.). FCA

Fisayo Femi- Oni is a Chartered Accountant, and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. She graduated from Yaba College of Technology, and holds a Master degree in business administration from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma. She is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

She commenced her carrier with Leadway Assurance Company Limited in 1987 where she held various posts. She retired as a Financial Controller in 2012.

A well accomplished and highly experienced Accountant and Entrepreneur, she is currently the Managing Director of Yetkol Nigeria Limited and also a Board member of Fountain Hospital and Maternity.

Mr. Olugbolaga Ajayi, LL.M, BL

Mr. Olugbolaga Ajayi was born on Sunday, the 24th day of October 1965 to
late Chief Theophilus Adegbemile Ajayi (a first republican Federal
Parliamentarian) and Mrs. Beatrice Bolanle Ajayi (a retired Chief Nursing
Officer in Ekiti State). He attended Methodist Comprehensive High School, Aaye
Ekiti between 1977 -1982 and Oyo State College of Arts and Science, Ile-Ife
between 1983 – 1986.

He is a 1990 Bachelor of Laws graduate (LL.B. Hons) of Obafemi Awolowo University,
Ile-Ife where he bagged four (4) coveted prizes in Company Law, Law of
Insurance, Irvin & Bonnar and University Scholarship for set’s best overall
performance. Mr. Olugbolaga Ajayi was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 when
he won the prize for best performance in one of the key subjects at the
Nigerian Law School – Criminal law and procedure. Mr. Ajayi got his award of
Master of Laws (LL. M) Degree from the University of Lagos in 1996.

In the year 2003, Mr. Ajayi, having passed all the qualifying papers, became
qualified and was registered as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and
Wales. Mr. Gbolaga Ajayi had his pupillage with the law firm of S A Onadele
& Co. between 1992-1997 during which he was motivated by his principal, Mr.
Femi Onadele to register and operate his own law firm. Thus, he founded S. O.
Ajayi & Co. a firm of Barristers and Solicitors, which he registered and has
been operating since 1994.

The firm, S O Ajayi & Co. is a dynamic outfit, has a growing reputation in the
Nigeria jurisdiction and commendable international experience due to its
practice’s international flavour. The size of his practice is moderate and
enough to satisfy its clients and guarantees personal and good quality legal

Insurance matters – claims settlement and negotiation;

He has served on the board of many top companies either as the Company Secretary or as a Director, including oil and gas services companies, aviation companies, a top
financial institution, insurance companies, logistics and media companies among
many others. Since, March 2003, Mr. Gbolaga Ajayi has been
appointed the Registrar of the Diocese of Ekiti West, (Church of Nigeria)
Anglican Communion and thereby becoming a member of the Provincial General
Synod and the Standing Committee of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion).

He is also a member of the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, Lagos, the pioneer
Anglican Cathedral in Nigeria, where he was a member of the Standing Committee
for several years and the Church’s People’s Warden since February 2015 till
February 2021. He is the Vice President of Ayegunle Ekiti Progressive Union
(APU). He is also the Vice President of Boys Brigade of Nigeria, Lagos State

Mr. Ajayi is an author of many published and unpublished articles on various law
topics. He enjoys travelling and sports. He is married with children.
